Manny delaRosa is an accomplished executive with over 30 years of successful leadership and management. Manny has been working in dermatology offices since 1983 when he started Medical Software Management where he codeveloped Ki’ron, a dermatology specific PM. Medical Software Management was sold to Infocure in 1999. Manny has also served as the CEO of 2 national dermatology specific billing companies. After spending many years in dermatology offices observing providers and staff, Manny has a in depth knowledge of dermatology practices.
Paula Gadomski, CPC
Director of Revenue Management
Paula is a Certified Office Manager and a Certified Medical Coder. Her 30 plus years’ experience includes practice management, coding, billing, compliance, PQRS, Meaningful Use, provider coding education, credentialing and contract management. Paula has more than 10 years’ experience in dermatology coding and billing. She has experience as Vice President of Revenue Management, Practice Administrator, Chief Financial Manager, Director of Medical Billing and Accounts Receivable Manager.

Rosana Flores
Accounts Receivable Representative
Rosana is originally from Southern California and moved to Florida to be close to family. She is a Nationally Certified Insurance & Coding Specialist who made the Dean’s List while attending Kaplan College. Her experience with Practice Management and EMR systems includes AdvancedMD, Clinix, NextGen, Powerflow, EMA and ModMed PM. In her spare time Rosana enjoys doing crafts and spending time with friends, family and her two dogs.
